Subscription Procedure

Shares of the Funds are offered for sale by Intermediaries, Dealers and Advisors authorized by the Company in those jurisdictions where the relevant party is qualified to offer and effect such sales. The Funds are offered for sale to only qualified persons as detailed in the Private Offering Memorandum.

Application Forms

Subscribers may purchase Shares/Notes by completing an Application & Subscription Form attached to the Private Offering Memorandum available from the Investment Manager or an independent Intermediary or Advisor. All subscription procedures are outlined in the Application & Subscription form and Private Offering Memorandum. Please read the Private Offering Memorandum carefully before investing.
