How to Invest
Description
The Fund was formed for the purpose of investing in managed account receivable notes or similar short-term secured asset-backed financing securities. The Fund generates revenue in the form of income that is produced and paid out from the commercial accounts receivable obligations. The Fund will raise investment capital through the issue of Shares or Notes and will invest the proceeds in a pool of receivables, but will not actually be the party who will be lending or negotiating the lending nor the administration of the receivables; this task will be carried out by the Credit Advisor(s).
Subscription Procedure
Shares/Notes of the Funds are offered by Intermediaries, Dealers and Advisors authorized by Argyle in those jurisdictions where the relevant party is qualified to offer and affect such sales. The Funds are offered only to qualified persons as detailed in the Private Offering Memorandum which should be reviewed thoroughly before investing.
Application & Subscription Forms
Subscribers may purchase Shares/Notes by completing an Application & Subscription Form attached to the Private Offering Memorandum and Addendum available from the Investment Manager or an independent Intermediary, Dealer or Advisor.
